What is PSG? PSG stands for PARENT SUPPORT GROUP [think: Boosters or PTO].
Do you have to be a parent of a program participant? NO! You can be a DI Alumnae, relative, neighbor, supporter, etc… The Parent Support Group (PSG) are simply interested community volunteers who manage, supervise, and support fundraising opportunities for the Centerville Destination Imagination program. Team members, parents, and Managers are always welcome to attend meetings!
Although Centerville City Schools offers some support for Centerville DI, it is up to the efforts of parents and volunteers to pay for the bulk of the program. We subscribe to the old adage that “many hands make light work”, so all tasks needed done for each season are broken into small manageable jobs. If you are interested in becoming a Parent Support Group Board committee chair or member, please contact the PSG Secretary at psg4cdi@gmail.com.
